Month numbers and corrections for the New board's left side and calendar line. Changes show on the TVs as soon as you save.

Board corrections

The board updates itself every night at 11:30 PM: the day's sold deals go onto the left side and the calendar line. These boxes show what's on the TV right now. When a deal falls off, fix the number here and save; the board keeps your number and adds new sales on top of it each night. Gray numbers are what the board counted on its own, and Checks and balances compares the two. Clear a box to go back to the board's own count.

New = the greater of AOP or OBJ, times the push %, rounded up (102 × 110% = 113). To use a different New number, type it here:

Carryover shows small in red on the NEW box. Use it when Toyota's month close and Lithia's don't line up (an RDR that counted last month for Toyota but this month for Lithia). Leave it blank when there isn't one.

Leave Sold blank and the board counts it from New sold deals whose vehicle contains the unit name.

Automatic: the green top-row number divided by the month's selling days, rounded up (113 / 27 = 5). Total uses the green Total (209 / 27 = 8). Type a number only to replace it.

Salespeople fill the Salesperson boxes on the Desk. Managers are the initials buttons. Removing someone only takes them off the lists; deals they're already on stay as they are.
